High Protein Berry "Cheesecakes"

Cook Time: 12 mins



Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt

  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup

  • 1 Egg

  • Fresh Berries


Method

  1. Whisk together all ingredients (except the berries) in a bowl

  2. Pour the batter into a small heatproof ramekin

  3. Top with Berries

  4. Bake at 175'C for 12 minutes until firm (but might still be a bit wobbly)

  5. Chill in the fridge until cool

  6. Enjoy!
