Sneaky Smoothie

This smoothie has a sneaky serve of vegetables in it.
High in antioxidants, folate, wholegrains, healthy fats and it's yum, I promise!
Makes: 1 Serve
Prep Time: 1 Serve
Ingredients
1/4 Cup rolled oats/ 1 biscuit weetbix
1/3 Cup natural/Greek yoghurt
1/3 -1/5 Cup milk of choice (depending on the consistency you like)
3/4 Cup frozen berries or 1 Banana
1 Cup Kale/ baby spinach (highly recommend freezing it)
1/4 Avocado
1 Tbs 100% whey isolate protein powder
1-2 Tbs chia seeds/flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds
½ - 1 Tbs peanut butter (optional)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Ice (optional - but fab on cool days)

Method
Blitz all your ingredients in a high-powered blender
